What exactly does MLS do? +
MLS delivers IT and technology field services across the United States, rollouts, break/fix, smart hands, IMAC, preventive maintenance, and full project services, and manages them as projects: a named lead, a plan, structured communication, verified quality, and documented closeout at every site.
How is MLS different from a dispatch marketplace? +
Marketplaces sell visits; MLS owns outcomes. Dispatch ends when a technician accepts a job. Our model wraps the visit in everything that determines whether it succeeds: scope validation, site readiness, scheduling around your operations, exception handling, on-site verification, and evidence at close.
What size of organization do you work with? +
Our model is built for multi-site operators, organizations running technology across many locations who need consistency and accountability at scale.
Where do you provide coverage? +
MLS coordinates field work nationwide across the United States. Tell us your site list and we will confirm coverage and logistics for your specific footprint.
Who will we actually deal with day to day? +
A named project lead, assigned at kickoff, who owns your engagement end to end. Status arrives on the cadence you set; exceptions come with options attached; and your team always knows exactly who to call.
How do you ensure quality at sites you have never visited before? +
Structurally, not hopefully. Acceptance criteria are agreed at kickoff, technicians execute against a written runbook and checklist, work is verified on site before closure, and photo and written evidence attach to every site record.
Can our engineers direct technicians remotely? +
Yes, that is the smart hands model. Your team keeps control of the change; our technician is their briefed, coordinated eyes and hands on site, on a live channel throughout.
How do you schedule around our operations? +
Your constraints go into the plan before anything is scheduled: trading hours, dayparts, clinical schedules, freeze dates, blackout windows, escort requirements. We plan around your operation, not through it.
What happens when something goes wrong at a site? +
It surfaces the day it is found, through a defined escalation path with a named owner, and it arrives with options, not just a problem statement. Exceptions also feed back into the runbook so remaining sites benefit.
What documentation do we receive? +
Per site: photos, completed checklists, serials where relevant, and visit notes. Per engagement: structured status throughout and a closeout report you can audit. Formats align to what your systems need.
Do you handle parts and materials logistics? +
Yes. Sourcing, staging, and coordinating materials so the right part meets the right technician at the right site is part of engagement planning.
How do we get started? +
Contact us with the shape of the work: what needs to happen, roughly where, and by when. We will come back with questions, then a plan, a lead, and a clear scope. No obligation until the SOW is signed.
